Set the tone
Turn off screens an hour before bed and keep on silent. Turn off harsh lights. Light a candle or turn on your oil diffuser. Let your body register that the day is slowing down.

Soak away the day
If time allows, run a warm bath with our Lavender & Chamomile Bath Soak. Let the aromatic scent melt the tension from your muscles and mind. Grab your favourite book or close your eyes for 20 minutes.

Nourish your skin
After bathing or showering, massage your favourite Body Butter into your damp skin. Focus on your shoulders, chest, arms, calves and feet. Let the act of self massage become a slow, mindful moment. Breathe in the scent as you go. 

Botanical tea
Sip on a warm cup of sleepy time tea. Some favourites include chamomile, lavender, passionflower and valerian root.

Journaling
This is the perfect time to journal anything that is on your mind so you don't go to bed with a busy mind thinking of all the things you have to do tomorrow.

Apply & inhale
Roll our Lavender & Chamomile essential oil roller onto your temples and the back of neck. Take three deep, slow breaths. The calming aroma signals your nervous system that it’s safe to let go.

Climb into bed tech-free
