I always struggle to get to sleep with a mind racing with busy work thoughts even as I go to bed. The lavender and chamomile is so soothing when it goes on i naturally start breathing in slow deep breaths which completely relaxes me and sends me off to sleep. I even sneak a little above my upper lip on the extra stressful days it works a treat.
