The perfect day to focus on you.
I enjoy my self care Sunday routine in the morning, when the sun is filtering through my bedroom windows.

Set the mood
Make your space feel calm and comforting. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a diffuser, or light a candle. Put on some gentle vibration music or enjoy the quiet, whatever helps you relax.

Soak and let go
Run a warm bath with our Rose or Lavender & Chamomile Bath Soak. Let the water and scent work their magic as you breathe deeply focusing on your breath, in for 4 out for 6. If you don’t have time for a full bath, a slow shower with one of our gentle sugar scrubs is just as lovely.

Nourish your skin
After bathing, massage your favourite Oils by Ashy Grace Body Butter into your skin. Take your time and let the ritual of touch become a form of self-care, and the scent your memory for peace and calm.

Deep Calm
While your body butter is soaking in grab your scented eye mask and warm it in the microwave. Turn on some vibration music, set it for 10 minutes - or more. Lay down with a cushion under your knees, put your eye mask on, place your arms down by your side, palms up. Allow your whole body to let go. Relax. Listen.

Journal or reflect
Gently and slowly rise. Spend a few minutes journaling or reflecting on the week gone by, what felt good, what you’d like to leave behind, and what you’re calling in for the week ahead.
