Set the mood
Make your space feel calm and comforting. Light a candle or add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a diffuser. Put on some gentle music or enjoy the quiet — whatever helps you relax.

Soak and let go
Run a warm bath with our Rose or Lavender & Chamomile Bee Sleepy Bath Soak. Let the water and scent work their magic as you breathe deeply and release the week from your body. If you don’t have time for a full bath, a slow shower with one of our soothing sugar scrubs is just as lovely.

Nourish your skin

Spend a few minutes journaling or simply sitting quietly. Reflect on the week gone by — what felt good, what you’d like to leave behind, and what you’re calling in for the week ahead.

Wind down gently
